Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, bars & restaurants. Plenty of inside & outside space for the whole family & aircon throughout. Washing machine & dishwasher are a welcome facility. Sea views from the main balcony are stunning. Pool was lovely & warm & there are plenty of sunbeds & outdoor seating.

− Couldn’t use the bath in the en-suite as it leaked. Property is a little tired & one of the doors doesn’t close properly. Some of the kitchen equipment could do with being replaced - there were only 2 bowls & the electric whisk was broken. There was no table tennis table, despite there being one in the photos, which was disappointing. The bridge has ‘no entry’ signs so we couldn’t use it, which was unclear when booking.

Be warned needs a lot of maintenance

Perfect location, straight onto the strip. Beautiful view of the sea from the upstairs balcony. Lovely pool. Spacious villa.

− Disappointed on arrival. Could be a beautiful villa, but it has been very neglected. Needs a lot of maintenance. Contacted hosts of property with a list of problems that should have been addressed before our late arrival who did send out a maintenance man, gardener (grass overgrown), Aircon man quite promptly who were all very friendly but many issues could not be resolved during our stay and couldn't be fixed till out of season apparently. On arrival found condoms in a drawer. On 3 occasions we ran completely out of any water for showers, couldn't flush toilets or use sinks for several hours due to people showering at possibly the same time ready to go out. Had to wait several hours for water to fill up again and for a villa that accommodates 10 people that is unacceptable. Emergency contact phoned due to major issues of water in the villa doesn't' reply immediately if before a certain time it goes to voicemail in Cypriot language, but hosts did respond a few hours later. Exterior lights didn't work, odd ones fixed on request but many were unable to be fixed, so the BBQ area was in dark except for one light. No utility door key or safe key (replacement safe key given). The bathroom door on the ground floor didn't lock and couldn't be repaired. Aircon making noise in one room but was fixed. Upstairs the bathroom floor in the master bedroom flooded if you used the shower. Utility ceiling flaking. Many doors warped and struggled to close. Taking sheets off the bed on the last day and the mattress was stained. The bridge has a sign & chain barriers across it saying do not use & host when asked said it for health & safety reasons but on request from the hosts we were allowed to climb over chain barriers and have photos taken on the bridge. So if you are looking at booking this villa for daily use of the bridge I would not recommend it.

Great find! Book if you can. We had a truely great stay.

The house design, the gardens, the pool, BBQ area and staff were all really great! 😊

− The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils—only on pot and oven was missing trays. Also, needs more towels for a long stay.

The villa is very big and at a very good location very close to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Great view. Very good and comfortable for family holidays.

− The villa decoration is very old, the garden needs some care and cleaning and the mattresses surely need to be replaced.

Bad

− No cleaning products at all. Booked for childrens pool and jacuzzi both were not in use. Beds were very uncomfortable Bathroom has bad cracks in bath that are flooding the villa
