10.0We really loved it, I would even say that until today we have never experienced such a villa, there is a family atmosphere in the villa which makes you happy to be there, the hosts are very responsive and very kind, we would have liked to stay a few more days but unfortunately work calls us in any case I RECOMMEND this villa! 🫶
Perfect family break.
10.0We enjoyed Villa Alicia for out stay, as it had everything needed to feel at home. The villa is decorated to a high standard and is more than well equipped. All the rooms are spacious and well presented. The kitchen is quite large, which we havent found in other villas in Cyprus. The outdoor area is where the villa really pleases. The pool is a good size and very warm. There is seating around the side, in a shady area which is ideal for getting out of the sun for a while or alternatively, if you enjoy sunbathing, there is plenty of space around the pool to position your loungers. The property is in a very safe area and has off road parking, and the hosts are very responsive if needed. We would most definitely stay here again.
− The only down side would be the need for the car most of the time. However, a walk into Peyia is only about 20 mins (it is a bit hilly for anyone with mobility issues) which we done fairly regularly, or left the car and collected it the next day. That would be our only criticism but its nothing that would stop us returning.
We will definitely be back for another stay. This villa has become our new favourite place to stay when we visit Cyprus.

10.0The villa was in a beautiful, peaceful location. We immediately felt at home there, as it had all of the comforts you need. The kitchen was well-equipped, the BBQ was great, and it was all lovely and clean. The property felt very secure, the pool was in good condition and was maintained throughout our stay. The hosts, Christophe and Katrin, were fantastic from the point of booking right through to our departure. Check in/check out was hassle-free. We hired a car so it was easy to get to/from the airport and to Coral Bay, and Paphos. The surroundings are quite hilly and it's around a 20-30 minute walk up-hill to Peyia, so this is worth bearing in mind if you are booking without planning to hire a car. We loved our week at Villa Alicia, and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thoroughly recommended.
