10.0La villa tiene una ubicación excelente, a pocos pasos del mar, perfecta para quienes buscan disfrutar de la playa sin renunciar a la tranquilidad. Nos encantó su estilo, con una arquitectura con carácter y una renovación muy bien lograda que mantiene el encanto original. Es una casa muy espaciosa, ideal para grupos o familias, donde todos pueden sentirse cómodos tanto en el interior como en las zonas exteriores. La limpieza fue impecable en todo momento, y se nota que la propiedad está muy bien cuidada y gestionada con profesionalidad. Destacamos también la atención recibida durante toda la estancia, siempre cercana y eficiente, lo que hizo que todo fuera muy fácil desde la llegada hasta la salida. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para quienes buscan una villa amplia, bien ubicada y con un servicio de calidad cerca del mar.

10.0La villa está literalmente a 100 metros de la playa, lo que la convierte en una ubicación inmejorable. Desde el primer momento nos conquistaron su personalidad y su arquitectura, perfectamente renovada y llena de encanto. Además, el tamaño de la villa es muy amplio, ideal para disfrutar con comodidad. A pesar de sus dimensiones, la limpieza ha sido impecable. Se nota que, aunque el inmueble tiene sus años, está muy bien cuidado y mantenido en excelente estado. Recomiendo esta villa sin ninguna duda si buscáis combinar tranquilidad con cercanía al mar. Además, tanto la check-in manager, María Elena, como la agencia Weekly Villas han sido excepcionales, acompañándonos y facilitándonos la estancia en todo momento.

8.0This is a self-catering property. We wanted a place big enough for 13 people, from 10 to 81 years old,– and this was it. The location was great, close to the seafront and a. pleasant walk from the centre of town with good places to eat, several decent supermarkets, and delightful narrow streets with specialist retail. Maria was a friendly and relaxed agent. Also transport between Sitges and Barcelona was easy, and cheap, with frequent trains and buses.
− We did have some issues with the heating and lighting; the property probably needs an electrical overhaul fairly soon. –– And the 'name' of the property –– 'Villa Sitges Tupinetti Beach at 1 min walk Amaizing Garden and View Center Sitges 5 minutes walk NO NEED CAR' –– is far too long, has too many details, mis-spells 'amazing' –– and 'walk' here means sprinting! (3-4 minutes *walk' to the beach and 15 to the centre of town)

− Het huis was oud, vies en veel meubels waren kapot en vol vieze vlekken. We hebben kakkerlakken gevonden in de keuken, slaapkamer, woonkamer en keuken. Voldoet echt niet aan de foto’s online. Zie Google Maps voor meer foto’s en video’s.
The house, the surrondings, location, the restaurants, the beaches and the atmosphere were great.
