− Wasserfleck an der Decke eines Zimmers. Wahrscheinlich weil der Abfluss der Dusche in der Etage darüber nicht ganz dicht war.

− Había deficiencias de mantenimiento y limpieza , como humedades ,mamparas sucias ,papeleras llenas piscina con agua verde ,menaje de cocina muy deteriorado , muy mal olor causado por los aparatos de aire acondicionado etc.
