The location was great, only a few minutes away from big supermarkets and 15 mins walk to centre of town. There was a great market on saturday behind the property which was fun. The owner was super nice and responsive!

− The pans and pots need upgrading, the ones there made it hard to cook especially as it's a house for large number of people. The bbq was tiny, I expected a bigger one for the house. Super hard pillows and somw towels had marks on them we washed them on arrival but it still felt uncomfortable to use them.

Great location. Good sized kitchen. Pool is maintained daily. Clean. Quiet.

− Would be handy if the owners supplied spare toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and washing pods as no one is going to buy a whole bag for a short stay.

The property was perfect in every way

− Only little thing was the cushions on the sun beds had seen better days but to be fair it was the end of season

Nice positioned villa in Dalyan and felt very safe, we would definitely recommend

Villa was clean and had everything needed for a great holiday. Kitchen cupboards were full of crockery, cutlery, drinking glasses etc, we just had to purchase tea towel, wash up liquid and bin liners. Air con in every room worked great and plenty of space for clothes. The pool didn’t get the sun till about 10:30 but stayed there all day

− Needed more hangers. Pillows rock hard , needed selection. The curtain in downstairs double bed had fallen off the wall and they said the would come the next day to amend but didn’t arrive, we had a spare room so wasn’t a great problem and I’m sure if I chased this they would have arrived eventually.

An excellent family orientated villa that works well for family and extended family.

Well situated, family orientated with a clean and sizeable pool, the property allows for family to spend time together with their own spaces. Quick responsive communication and action when the Wi-Fi went out and when there were power cuts (unusual but across many areas during our visit). This was very much appreciated and indicative of the care taken of the property.

− A welcome pack would have been appreciated, as this meant that no incidentals were available for immediate arrival (cloth/sponge for kitchen, tea-towel, dishwasher tablets). This in our experience is unusual. Bedding could be more plentiful, being used to heavier sheets we would have appreciated more and also a range of pillows (they were very firm).
