− Washrooms had leaking pipes, roof had leaking spots, wifi wasn't working. Property needs some maintainence, close by beach isnt clean or accessible

4.0Location great... food quality was okay.. Communication prompt. Cleanly ness was okay... Property fairly maintained...
− Food was overcharged.. One thali of mug daal khichdi with six small bolls of potato wada... Cost us 900/- rupees.... One bottle of sprite 260/-....three or four pieces of ghavan -chutni 300/-....The care taker responsible for food literally fleeces the guests.... Room A/c was not working.. They mended it eating two hours of our room time after we checked in... room quality does not justify the tariffs... No peace n silence as roof covers of metal sheets being changed of the adjacent rooms while we were on campus... Overall an avoidable experience... 🙋🏽♀️sorry to say!

3.0The only positive about the property is the location, one of the best locations I have ever visited
− The rooms were dirty, and there were Insects, cockroaches & lizards in the rooms. The bathrooms were full of ants, the sit-out area was filthy, stray dogs were roaming in the villa compound, the food was pathetic, and my family contracted stomach infections after eating from the kitchen. The property was very poorly maintained. You cant sell a shabby property in the name of being rustic

9.0We loved the view from the property - watching sunset was magical. The food was very tasty - pretty basic home-style food, but good quantities; especially enjoyed the seafood. The caretaker Vijay was super helpful and responsive. The closest beach is about a twenty minute drive away, and this is a lovely place for a group of friends to switch off and take a break.
− Wi-Fi was not too reliable, which is an issue as there is no network there.
