The pool and outdoor areas were the highlights, enjoyed by adults and teenagers. There was lots of space, big tables and plenty of loungers with a choice of sun and shade. The pool was sparkling clean and very big for a private house. The owners had left pool towels and BBQ stuff out for us which was a nice touch. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the beach and slightly longer to big supermarkets and old town. Good size bedrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Fabulous place to stay if you are a family with all the mod-cons to keep everyone happy.

The villa was great with all the mod cons. The hosts were lovely and looked after us all week without us even knowing. The location is very close to the beach and the pool was fabulous. The villa had all the facilities you need for a family of 4. There is aircon is in every room which really helps with the hot weather. There was a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need and they had a small BBQ too. The supermarket is not far but you will need a car.

− There are some hotels not too far away that could be heard at night. Organising to pickup the keys was through a third party that didn't seem to contact the hosts properly to organise the times to meetup. We ended up using the phone number to speak to the hosts directly. The hosts are less than 5mins away so we didn't have to wait too long.

Alcudia is a lovely place with lots of facilities and a beautiful beach. Very popular with German tourists so less Engli

Pool, location and welcome pack provided by owners

− To start with the phone number should have stated 00 at the start as published by the owners. The cups and mugs were a mismatched set with the majority heavily stained. The two chopping were likewise stained. There was no breadboard to slice bread. No microwave bowls. No vacuum. Parking outside was often taken by all day others-probably workers at hotels all around. Owners whilst friendly had no English suggest they get some written FAQs produced. Very noisy at night despite being advised by you that 23-0700 was quiet time. Not a bit of it although not every night.

Ubytovanie poskytuje vsetko potrebne na letnu dovolenku - bazen s lehatkami (dokonca aj s plazovymi osuskami), posedenie na prednej strane domu pri bazene, posedenie na zadnej strane domu aj s grilom. Kuchyna je dobre vybavena, nechyba pracka s dvomi susiakmi. Majitelia su velmi prijemni ludia, v pripade problemu hned riesia napravu.

− V spalnach s oddelenymi postelami su postele menej pohodlnne, pruzinove matrace su hlucne. Naopak, manzelske postele su velmi pohodlnne.

Location is very good. Quiet and close to everything. The fact that there is a bbq is a real plus.

− The living space & kitchen are rather dark and not cosy to eat inside. So you’re lucky when the weather is good and you’re able to ear outside. The 2 separate bathrooms are too small to use with 2 persons at a time. The space around the pool is cramped and if you’re not a fan of fake grass, it’s rather kitchy. The purifier machine of the pool regularly starts making a loud irritating noice that goes on for about 15 minutes every time, which is really not relaxed. We were there in April and since the pool is not heated, the water was too cold to enjoy, despite the sunny weather. Several beds are old and make noice with every move you make. They should invest in new beds & bedlinen and get rid of old dusty bedspreads. The owners are friendly but they don’t speak a word of English
