Expensive and lack of maintenance

Plenty of space

− Generally shabby in need of renovation no maintenance being carried out pool or otherwise no air conditioning minimum requirement in bedrooms flooring uneven and tiles lifting. Villa photographs in need of an update sun loungers broken and old brittle plastic. Bathrooms were smelly with a foul odour. Kitchen cupboards smelt damp and not pleasant to put food in. Over all opinion expensive and shabby.

Fantastic Villa - Perfect for Large Families

This villa exceeded our expectations in every way! The property is impressively spacious and sits on a wonderfully large plot that gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic - crystal clear and the perfect temperature for daily swims. We were delighted to find an abundance of sun loungers around the pool area, so everyone could find their perfect spot to soak up the sun without any competition for seating. The accommodation itself was generous throughout, with all bedrooms offering ample space for our large family group. We never felt cramped or on top of each other, which can often be an issue when traveling with many people. What really made this place special were the thoughtful extras - the pool table and outdoor ping pong table were absolute hits! These additions created wonderful opportunities for family bonding and friendly competition. Whether it was evening games of pool or afternoon ping pong tournaments, these amenities brought everyone together and created some of our favorite vacation memories..

This is a great villa with loads of space to relax for all the family, the outdoor area is huge with a fantastic pool! The villa is well equipped and has everything you could need, with some wonderful additions of ping pong table, billiards and games to enjoy, and for the phone screen addicts the Wi-Fi is also really good. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are well appointed, with nothing missing in terms of comfort and amenities. The villa is in the middle of the island so perfect for exploring the rest of the island. It is close to the town of Antigua where you will find a supermarket, and some smaller local provinces with some lovely restaurants. Alternatively the busy tourist area of Caleta de Fuste is only a 15 minute drive for lots of eating, drinking and beach options. The hosts are very friendly, taking time to meet us when we arrived and were super responsive to any questions we had, they also offered some great tips and advice for visiting the island. Great villa, lovely relaxing location, perfect for exploring, and wonderful hosts!
