1.0− They were not at all picking up the call, and we couldn't go there and stay there. Service was very bad, we last we ended up with another stay from there.

Outstanding and highly recommended for families of 7-10
10.0We were looking for a “Quietcation” with family where we could run away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This was just perfect. The views to the hills and the tea estate were stunning. The only sounds were birds chirping and leaves swaying. We did step out of the villa to visit some of the recommended places but ultimately thought it would have been best to stay within. The staff were very very hospitable and catered to all requirements happily. Special mention is Kavita and the brilliant food she churned out during the entire stay. Every meal was better than the other . The only mistake we made was that we didn’t pre book our lunch for check in so had to call out which was something we should have avoided. No meal in any place other than the villa stood a chance. The overall hygiene and cleanliness was also very good.
− Actually nothing. But if you ask there’s nothing nearby so when you go be prepared with everything you may need like dry snacks, biscuits, alcohol etc
