Good trip but dangerously maintained pool area with risk of coconut falling

− Very very very dangerous pool , while playing in the pool a coconut fell right ion my 10 year daughter and she injured her head with a minor injury to her head she was lucky to avoid the direct impact of a coconut falling direct on her head .. while the staff was helpful to quickly help us to reach the hospital and X-rays done to verify injury was not dangerous, such a thing should not have happened to start , coconuts around the pool area and even pathways need to be removed , kudos to the helpful staff but we were just lucky to avoid a fatal injury to a small kid

− Food and hospitality is below average. Not value for the money paid. Had alot of electricity issues and were not prompt in rectification. Wifi was down and staff was not trained well.

10.0Staying at Kimaya was truly a magnificent experience. The villa was beautifully decorated with intricate Balinese-inspired elements that exuded a tropical vibe, creating a serene ambiance that was perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The private pool was the highlight of the villa, surrounded by lush greenery that added to the tropical feel. The villa was also equipped with modern amenities, including air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture that made our stay all the more comfortable. The villa's location in Alibaug was also a plus, with its proximity to the beach and other attractions. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks along the beach and soaking up the beautiful views. The staff at the villa were incredibly hospitable and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food served at the villa was also exceptional, with a wide range of dishes to choose from, all of which were prepared to perfection. I would highly recommend Kimaya to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. With its stunning decor, tranquil surroundings, and attentive staff, it's the perfect place to unwind and indulge in some much-needed rest and relaxation.
