6.0The location is very good, the staff are friendly, and the service is fast and efficient whenever there is a problem. The pool is also very nice and is definitely a major advantage of the property. The beds were comfortable, and overall the place has potential. I hope the owners will invest in improving the facilities and maintenance, because the property has real potential. The staff are kind and the service is good, but unfortunately, the price did not feel justified considering the many logistical and maintenance problems we experienced.
− Unfortunately, the units we stayed in, A1 and A2, were in very poor condition, especially the first one. We experienced numerous maintenance and equipment problems: on the first day, the door would not close properly and then locked us in. The cylinder was repaired within a few hours. The shower flooded the entire bathroom because the water could not drain properly, the cattle caused an electric shortage in the room, and the broken shutter allowed a lot of light into the room in the morning. The door of the second unit also stopped locking, so we had to leave it that way. Later, the sink faucet broke as well, and the overall maintenance of the bathroom was poor. The second shower was acceptable apart from the lighting. The kitchen was very small and poorly equipped, with no stovetop and no proper sharp knives. We also had to ask for kitchen towels.
