7.0There was no breakfast
− The house had not been cleaned,althou the house was left very clean, we were forced to sleep in used bedding, and no bath towels the property manager that arrived next morning was exceptional, and the reason we would come back
Glad the weather was good
6.0The location of the property was in walking distance to Ahuriri village. We liked that the section was fenced off which was good for our kids. The showers were good.
− This place has a lot of potential but it needs some more care to get it up to scratch. The curtains and blinds were broken and/or falling off. The kitchen really lacked utensils/crockery/cookware to make the kitchen functional, there were no tea towels or clothes. The grounds had overgrown weeds and the back area was untidy with leaves everywhere and someones socks discarded on the ground. The washing line was in disrepair. The sheets were clean but some of the comforters had stains.
Perfect for us, great place to relax between swimming sessions.

8.0Perfect location, comfortable and quiet. Perfect amount of space. Just what we needed. Great price. Would stay again.
− A tiny bit of maintenance needed. The fan in the upstairs double room is quite noisy. The fan in the downstairs bathroom is also very noisy and a light was out. There were also very small ants throughout the house.
The pla much effort to make this a good place larger groups.
5.0Handy location with good off-street boat parking.
− Wasn’t cleaned in time for checkin. After making calls we finally had cleaners turn up about half an hour later (90mins after our agreed check in time). The pullout beds were so broken they are not usable for adults.

8.0Very big and loads of room and sleeping areas. Close to good swimming beach at Ahuriri. Close to Napier city centre too. Loved being by the hill
− No air con but we were there for the heatwave!
