Second Stay at Casa Ronda – Just as Wonderful!

This was our second time staying at Casa Ronda, and we enjoyed it just as much—if not more—than the first. The villa is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely pool that’s perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. A special thanks to Levinia, who welcomed us so warmly again. She’s such a kind and thoughtful person, and her hospitality made us feel instantly at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely lovely

The swimming pool was cleaned twice a week.

− I didnt want to leave a bad review, so as we were there for 4 weeks, I messaged the owner a week in hoping that the hlousekeeper would come and fix things and do a deep clean, but never heard anything at all form her and nothing was done to support us. No one to meet us on arrival at the agreed time, no proper handover of property, dusty and dirty, the bedding and towels had to be washed before use and the mattress protectors were stained and disgusting, I had to boil wash them, beds old and uncomfortable. 2 washing machines, one blew the electric, no handle on the bathroom door, broken shower heads, broken soap dishes,, no large cooking pots or matching glasses (had to buy them), the dishwasher was thick with grease and old food, it stunk, filthy dirty had to clean it 3 times, add salt and rinse aid. All plates and cutlery was greasy and dirty and had to be washed before use, ants everywhere. Broken chairs indoors, front porch totally unusable due to the heat, reaching temperatures of 40 degrees indoors, dangerous for pets or children if locked in there which happened 3 times when the door shut behind us. If shutter doen you cant get back in. BBQ filthy and unusable. There were many other things not right, we left early, it was too much work for a holiday. Please note that the villa is not in walking distance of anywhere especially in the heat and you have to drive everywhere. The Villa is not at all suitable for anyone with any mobility issues due to the steps. I am hoping that all of the issues are rectified before the next booking and that is the only reason I have posted this and will refrain from adding pictures.

It was lovely just a few things need to be done and then it would be excellent

Very nice villa lovely pool great size very good

− No outside lighting although the picture showed pool had lighting this didn’t work also not sufficient lighting to sit outside Key safe key was not in the box so unable to put valuables safe
