8.0Good sized bedrooms, villa was well kitted out, great location, small pool was a nice bonus. Wellness room wasn't used because of the hot weather but would be good in winter.
− Kitchen, lounge and terrace were quite tight.
Beautiful villa in beautiful Spello
9.0The villa is in a great central location . Easy walking to restaurants and shops in Spello . The villa has everything ,it’s like a beautiful oasis in the centre of town . Great swimming pool ,hot tub and sauna . Great comfy beds too . Good to have a car in this area so you can explore Umbria . Andrea was a great host ,nothing was to much trouble
− The only negative and it would t stop me staying at the villa again were the sun loungers. They weren’t the comfiest . No other complaints

9.0Very nice house with everything you need, great view from the Terrasse. Andrei was very helpful and always available when we had a problem.
− Parking is outside of town, it's not a big deal but we didn't know this when we booked. We didn't have WiFi for 2 days.

10.0הכל היה מעולה! הוילה מפנקת ונעימה. נקייה מאוד. מיטות נוחות עם מצעים נעימים. חצר כייפית עם בריכה, ג׳קוזי חדר סאונה ופינת ישיבה. הצוות היה אדיב וזמין מאוד. המיקום בתוך העיירה היה קסום. קרוב להכל אבל גם שקט. נוף מהמם. צריך לקחת בחשבון שהרכב חונה רחוק מהדירה כי היא ממש בתוך הסמטאות. יש מגרשים עם מלא מקום והצוות מכוון לשם. היינו שם 4 לילות ומאוד על המקום.

Perfect villa to enjoy Spello
9.0The villa is beautiful and in the perfect location to walk straight out and explore Spello, yet the villa feels private and relaxing.You are two minutes walk from great restaurants and shops. The bedrooms in the villa were large with comfy beds. The outside area was fantastic pool and hot tub superb and the added bonus of a sauna too felt really special! The hosts Andrea and Moira were extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication met us on arrival to guide us to the villa to drop off luggage as no parking.
− We didn’t realise there were no baths and we went with two young children. USB sockets and some better glasses in kitchen (only one flute) would have been nice but these are only minor.
