Casa Maeva with heated pool in El Roque♡

Fantastic villa, fantastic host, fantastic stay. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this villa in Fuerteventura and would happily stay here again. The villa is modern, spacious, beautifully maintained, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic and became the highlight of our days. The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and always available when needed. We had a small issue with the coffee machine, and it was resolved literally within 5 minutes. That level of service is truly impressive. Check-in and check-out were both effortless and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 10-minute drive from the stunning beaches of El Cotillo. These beaches are perfect for families with children, with soft sand, shallow water, and plenty of opportunities to explore the rocks and observe marine life. The only minor thing worth mentioning is the mosquitoes, but that is to be expected with so much beautiful greenery around the property. The villa provides a mosquito repellent device, which worked perfectly, so it was never really an issue. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and honestly struggle to find any real negatives. Highly recommended!

The heated pool and the quiet location. Nothing else.

− I really wanted to like this villa but I was disappointed. The villa is in desperate need of a refurb, the kitchen is falling apart, doors don't shut properly, plug sockets in the kitchen are hidden under a drawer so when the kettle and toaster are plugged in there are cables all over the work surface . The outside area was dirty, cushions haven't been cleaned in months or even years. This is not acceptable for new guests to arrive to. The outside lights didn't work. They were tripping out the electric when we turned them on. The whole villa is neglected and it seems to be run by an owner that isn't bothered. They just want to take the money without any upkeep. I recommend staying in Lajares as they have far nicer villas. Casa Maeva is vastly overrated.
