Cold property, unreliable hot water, and poor management response

Location

− Very disappointing stay. The property was cold, with no heating on the ground floor or in the bathrooms. Bedrooms relied on very noisy air conditioning units for heating, making it difficult to sleep. Hot water was unreliable throughout the stay. For a group of 10 people, the single water heater was clearly insufficient, and we often had to wait a long time to shower. Several advertised facilities were missing, including dishwasher, shampoo, and shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work on the upper floors. The ground floor toilet and sink were clogged, and basic usability issues (such as no sockets for the kettle and coffee maker) showed poor maintenance. Most concerning was the lack of action from management after repeated reports. The property did not match the listing description and significantly affected our holiday. Not recommended, especially for families or larger groups expecting basic comfort.

− I have never been so wrong. Instead of a villa for 3500 euros I got a doss house. Hostel. No one has lived in the house for a long time, everything is falling apart, the doors scrape along the floor, the windows barely open, half the lights do not turn on, either get a floodlight or sit without light. The mattresses are all stained, they stink, as well as the pillows! I wrote to the landlord, and she even shout on me, that I did not tell her right away yesterday!!!! Meanwhile we were just trying to move to the another room but there everything were even worse! I had to go and buy mattress covers ourselves!!! That is, the owners do not even know the basic principles of hygiene!! There is no water almost all the time. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, but you can only use 1 at a time, the water pressure is not enough! And on weekends there is no water at all. You wait 2-3 hours until it appears! So, house has 5 bedrooms, but If more than 3 people move in, you will stand in line for the toilet! A hostel, not a villa. There is no air conditioning in the living room, 1st floor, it is impossible to be there in the summer, in the heat. The garden is a mess. The house is located 100 meters from 3 large night ice cream cafes. Every evening until 3 am there are screams of young people. And on weekends until the morning. All the weekends a lot of young people singing, shouting on the streets till the morning. A lot of cars, like you live in the city center. Unfortunately, the area is also full of mosquitoes, and the owners did not leave a single spray or device, we arrived late and on the first night we were badly bitten. The furniture is old, a lot of bugs, every morning on the nightstands there is a lot of dust and shavings, bugs gnaw the furniture, and you breathe dust all night. There is black mold in the washing machine. Complete unsanitary conditions. There are only 2 mirrors in the bathroom....

Appena siamo arrivati Monica e Micaela ci hanno accolto e mostrato l’intera villa e rispondendo ad ogni nostra domanda. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno magnifico la villa era perfetta e il Wi-Fi funzionava perfettamente Ogni camera ha l’aria condizionata e il mare dista solo 5 minuti a piedi intorno alla villa a pochi passi a piedi ci sono ristoranti supermercati e bar ed eravamo vicino alla via principale Via Castellammare Torneremo sicuramente
