Las vistas la tranquilidad

− Mayor comodidad, las neveras son pequeñas, la casa y la parcela está mal comunicada solo por la puerta principal, la barbacoa en la parte de atrás de la parcela sin conexión con la casa y lejos de la cocina, das muchas vueltas. Aunque el mobiliario no es muy cómodo aún así, las camas eran cómodas y muy tranquilo, hemos estado muy bien las vistas al mar, la luz y la tranquilidad bien lo merecen

Exceeded expectations, with a mesmerising view!

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations based on other reviews we read. Yes it is an older property where amenities are not perfect, but it was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the location was incredible. The view was honestly phenomenal. I would wake each morning and sit on the balcony looking out at the water and over to the Ifac. The location was beautifully private - certainly something you wouldn't get if you stayed in Calpe in high rise apartments! I suppose it depends what you are looking for in your stay, for us we wanted a base to sleep. We were out most of the day and evenings so we were not at the property all day. We had a car to get around. If you want to be somewhere busy, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, beaches, nightlife, then this is not the place for you. If you want a peaceful place to retreat to sleep, with a magical view, a close drive to the nicest beach in the area, and very acceptable amenities, then go for it!

− Yes the house is older, and that means there are a couple of things that are a bit tired. The kitchen is dated (but stocked with everything you could possibly need) and one bathroom is too but these were not a dealbreaker as they were entirely adequate. As mentioned in other reviews the locks on the gate and the house are a bit fiddly, but once you've done it a couple of times you work out their quirks and then it's fine. This property does not have a pool (despite it being mentioned in the guide available after check-in) but being so close to the beach, this wasn't an issue for us.

Absolument exceptionnel, une vue imprenable sur le Peñon et sur l’océan. Je pense que c’est réellement la meilleure vue de la région. La maison est un peu hors du temps mais elle est propre et bien entretenue et équipée.

− Un des deux lits « double » n’est pas réellement approprié pour deux adultes, nous avons signalé cela et le gestionnaire a été très réactif et nous a fait livrer un lit d’appoint pour notre fils.

Fabulous views

− Very steep access to villa. Not suitable for older people to walk. Too far from restaurants to walk. Lack of toiletries and toilet rolls. so need to bring your own. No pool
