Splendid location! The villa was very clean, comfy and spacious for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It is very well equiped and there is nothing that we missed. After 6 days we felt totally home. We would recommend a rental car to explore the surroundings, there is a lot to see and to do. Plenty of restaurants are located in the greather area. The owners care a lot and we kept a very good communication throughout the week.

− There is a high fence along the whole cost line of the resort. We suppose that it‘s for safety reasons due to the high cliffs. For us it was a bit odd since we are not used to such precautions. But for families with small kids it could be appreciated. We have never visited the pool area, so we cannot make any comment.

Our family had a magical experience. We highly recommend to all families. Thank you Portugal.

The location and villa was spectacular. For our family we needed to have extra shower towels however reception wanted to charge us. I also recommend that all families organize a car to the Villa the taxi was over priced.

A perfect 16 night stay

What a fantastic place to choose for our first holiday in Portugal. The villa is exactly the same as the photos. It's spacious, peaceful, clean and comfortable - set in a great location looking out to the well-maintained gardens and the sea beyond. The weather was beautiful and we loved relaxing on the patio and on the roof terrace. The villa is very well-equipped and the owners (who were very communicative) have thought of everything to ensure that guests really enjoy their stay. Indeed, in over 50 years of holidaying around the world, this villa is one of the best self-catering accommodations we have ever stayed in. There are 2 mini markets (Martin's & Gloria's) and a large 'Intermarche' Supermarket within walking distance - if you are fairly fit ! (A shopping trolley is provided at the villa - to make it easier if you are shopping on foot). Bus stops are close by and taxis are readily available. As well as Aquaresto Restaurant on site, there are lots of others within reach on foot. We dined at the villa most evenings - enjoying the wonderful view from the lounge.

Very comfortable bungalow at excellent location with a wonderful view of the ocean from sitting room, patio and roof terrace. The house is extremely well equipped, especially the very roomy kitchen. Hosts are very friendly and helpful by email and WhatsApp. Good bar and restaurant with ocean view at 50 meters. Supermarket nearby. Use of 3 swimming pools. Very relaxed atmosphere because it was late season. (In summertime probably not so quiet, but nice if you have children.)

− Often, depending a bit on the direction of the wind, you can hear the ventilator/extraction hood of the nearby restaurant when you are sitting outside. It is not a real nuisance, but I prefer the sound of the ocean waves which can be heard at times, too.
