Fantastic location with lovely views. Comfortable, large well equipped property. We were met by Lucca in the middle of the night to show us to the villa and settle us in. Amazing service. He was on call throughout but we did not need him. Check out was simple. We think Praiano is the best place to stay on the coast as it is well placed near what we wanted to see and has a great buzz and fabulous places to eat, without being over crowded. Highly recommended.

− You can manage with the coastal bus but if you have a car, like us, you will need parking. There is very limited free parking nearby and we never saw a space. The paid for parking was all full and is €30 per day. So we opted for some private off-street parking organised by the host but it cost €40 per day. The second bathroom smelt of drains throughout our stay and this seeps into the living room. You have to pass through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom.

− Pas de wifi dans les chambres Soit disant un routeur qui ne fonctionnait pas La personne nous a fait « peur » pour pouvoir stationner mais il y avait qq places gratuites à 500m. Il a essayé de nous louer une place de stationnement à 250€ les 5jours ….

Beautiful quirky place for a family stay in a beautiful part of the Amalfi coast

The property was airy and unique. The views were amazing. The living area was large enough for all of us to relax in. The place was clean and well equipped with tea coffee ( Nespresso machine) , variety of condiments, extensive cooking and dinnerware, a washing machine with detergents and sun cream to name a few things. There were 2 bathrooms. The pool was clean and well maintained, a godsend since we travelled during a heat wave with 38 degrees temperatures so was a great place to cool off. The various outdoor seating areas were quirky and shaded in part to escape the sun. The outdoor kitchen was fun and very clean. The whole building is equipped with great AC and fans and felt comfortable despite the heat wave.

− The property is high up in praiano and took some getting used to. The walk straight down steps took 25 mins and on the hotter days was difficult. We found the internal bus, every 15-30 mins in the daytime, which cost 3€ to be fantastic for upward journeys. We got used to the steps and planned well so as only needing to traverse them once a day. Taxis are available but expensive. There are actually 3 sleeping areas which had ac however you needed to walk through one of them to get to the third one. The bathroom is a little dated but functioned very well.
