Very nice place for a quiet stay
8.0Location is great, very quiet, lots of space. Close to the beach, with a pleasant path through the woods to get there. The beach is quiet and uncrowded. The villa is large, with plenty of space. Two very big and comfortable bathrooms. Sparkling clean. All the appliances are very modern. Plenty of light. Nice outdoor patio with a big table.
− Owners were very strict and don’t trust their guests to be responsible. We ourselves were planning a very quiet time together as a family— no plans for a party or anything loud— but even we felt we couldn’t relax after being given 2 pages of rules for how to behave properly and being told by the host that one “can’t know what sort of people might stay here.” We had to sign an additional contract agreeing to all the rules upon arrival. There were not enough pillows for the beds, and they were very thin. Also— not enough places to hang up towels to dry (not to mention any place to hang up swimsuits). There was only enough hot water for two people to take showers at night and two in the morning. Cleaning equipment— broom, vacuum, and kitchen towels— were difficult to find. Taking some time to write down where one can find the cleaning supplies would be helpful (or showing the guests upon arrival). There were only two tablets for the dishwasher (but we were six people staying for three nights), and the host mentioned something about how it was actually forbidden for them to leave any for us to use…
