10.0The villa is beautiful, the location is excellent, the views are beautiful and it has everything you could need. The lady who we dealt with was excellent and very friendly.
− Was hard to find at first as pin on map is incorrect for some places nearby but once you know where it is it was fine
OK... Location great, but there are issues. (a few).
5.0The villa is spacious and clean. The location is excellent. Pool area is great for families.
− For the price of this villa, we expected more in the way of service / management. On arrival there was no welcome pack, no bread, milk or basics.. (washing up liquid etc) that would would expect from a private villa. The check in was a 2 minute chat. Nothing was explained. (We had no idea there was a laundry room! And although fairly self explanatory, the electric gate was left for us to work out!) In the last 3 villas booked here (booking.com) we have arrived with lovely thank you notes, tote bags, food and drinks etc. Nothing here unfortunately. The villa is a little dated and needs some "sprucing", but that didn't affect our stay! The grounds / garden are nothing like what is depicted on the website. The grass, what is left of it, was unkept and long. As a dog owner, I can also confirm that there was at least 3 to 4 weeks worth of dog poo scattered everywhere. (Which the owner made the cleaner and her young daughter pick up 3 days later). The area was unusable. The swing is also no longer there, all the palm trees have been cut down and the hot tub thing was empty and dry / dirty. Also, if you're not a dog lover... you might want to swerve, as next doors German Shepherd regularly wanders about around the pool area. Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely dog and came up for a fuss, but not the point. Important to mention that this villa is not detached as advertised either! (Hence the dog!). Communication was ok. Electric went off and the owners responded in a couple of hours to fix. The cleaners were lovely and spot on.

10.0Very helpful at aarival, and if something dident work at we needed it to help was there in a few minutes.
− The aircondition in one of the roms dident work at first, but was fixed shortly after a phone Call to the landlord

10.0the couple who checked us in and looked after the villa were very nice people the location was perfect and the villa had all we needed
− some small parts need repairing but nothing major and did not effect our holiday
