10.0Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool in idyllischer Lage: man hört nichts außer einem Esel und einem Hahn…. Ganz nah an der fantastischen Stadt Andratx: man kann wunderbar essen gehen oder man kocht selbst am Haus..Ausflüge sind perfekt möglich (mit Mietwagen)

− L'annonce mentionne climatisation et poêle, mais une fois réservé nous avons reçu un message nous indiquant que le chauffage coûtait 20€ par nuit et la climatisation 25€ par jour. Nous avons voulu utiliser le poêle mais visiblement le conduit n'était pas ramoné, ce qui nous a valu un enfumage de la villa. Autres points négatifs : pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, et diverses fuites dans la cuisine et la salle de bain.
Séjour agréable et nous avons bien profité
9.0Établissement très calme et très paisible, propriétaire présent lorsqu’il y a un problème et intervient rapidement !
− Certains électroménagers ne marchait pas, comme la cafetière et le four, pendant la semaine nous avions eu un problème d’eau chaude et de clé pour le portail mais le propriété est venue réglé cela le jour même !

− Clim mise dans équipements à disposition sur le site mais après réservation précision de 25 euros par jour si on veut utiliser don non compris dans le prix et la piscine paraissait plus grande sur la photo

7.0Ligging is fantastisch. Zwembad is zeer netjes en oké. Maar… uitrusting en sterk verouderd en zeer minimaal. Ondermaats eigenlijk; 4 oude strandstoelen, 4 super oude afgeleefde terrasstoelen, 2 wijnglazen ( voor personen) Geen warm water in de keuken en 2 keer stroompanne.

9.0Out of the way location but lovely. Nice interior, comfy beds, and good shower. Lovely walk up the steep hill at the back of the prooerty with beautiful views at the top. We visited in the winter so did not use the outside but the heating was very efficient which was very useful for evenings and mornings.
