8.0Location, pool and hot tub. Although it was tired in places we loved it.
− Certain appliances did not work or were not safe to use, e.g., the iron and one of the hairdryers. Even with following instructions TV did not work but was not an issue. A tumble dryer could have been good especially during the colder months as clothes were tricky to dry.

− Dom wymaga inwestycji, nie działało podgrzewanie basenu, były problemy z działaniem jacuzzi (dostaliśmy od firmy zarządzającej rekompensatę). Trafił nam sie intensywny deszcz co na wyspie jest rzadością i dach w niektórych pomieszczeniach był nieszczelny. W kuchni część wyposażenia była mocno zużyta
Delapitated. Disfunctional. Damp. On arrival requested change of accommodation. Moved out ourselves.

Prachtige villa met dito ligging maar sterk verouderd
7.0De locatie met uitzicht op het landschap en de zee is fantastisch. De faciliteiten met een ruim zwembad en jacuzzi zijn goed. De enorme Bougainville rondom de villa is sprookjesachtig.
− De accommodatie was niet schoon en in sommige badkamers stonk het naar schimmel. In een van de badkamers lekte het toilet. De beheerder liet dit laatste gelukkig snel herstellen. Verder maakte het interieur een verouderde indruk. Tot slot waren we met een gezelschap van 9 volwassenen terwijl sommige faciliteiten niet waren afgestemd op de hoeveelheid gasten. Ik noem de wijnglazen en het aantal zitjes/ligbedden aan het zwembad. Maar ook dit heeft de beheerder rechtgezet.
