Not what I expected
3.0the view and the location
− When I first saw the pictures of this villa I thought the place was perfect for my family vacation , but when my family and I got there, it was far from perfect, even that the place looks nice, they need to work on it. The pool only worked the fist day and also it’s not safe, all the kids got foot wounds from the pool, they should fix all the holes because it’s dangerous. The power went out repeatedly, Paulina (who was in charge of the villa) sent an electrician but it kept happening.. We didn’t have air conditioner for various nights, nobody could sleep…. The toilets didn’t work properly for the whole stay. The wifi was super slow. Also I know the villa is in the middle of nature, but it has a lot of roaches. Even that Paulina was willing to help I tried to contact with the owner Caris about all this, but never responded my texts or calls. I wouldn’t stay here again ever or recommend this villa to anyone.
