Lovely villa and location for experienced driver and able-bodied guests arriving in daylight.
8.0House clean, bright, well appointed, excellent facilities including games room. Lovely views. Lovely garden. Balconies. Varied outdoor seating. Friendly efficient caretakers.
− The phone number for the property was incorrect and we couldn't get through to anyone. There were no directions to the property supplied. It would have been easier to find on GPS if the address had been given as Anreade and not Resende. This is important as the roads are narrow, steep and winding and the property is not signposted and is down a narrow track. It would have been helpful if there had been a written guide at the property setting out useful telephone numbers, shops, places to visit including vineyards. The outlet pipe from the kitchen sink is soft and flexible and had a tendency to block and back up. There are steep steps down to the pool which would be dangerous for children, elderly or disabled.
