8.0Frau Fatima war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich schnell um alle Probleme gekümmert. * Da wir lange geblieben sind, wurde das Haus kostenlos gereinigt. * Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. * Die Betten sind bequem. * Es gibt YouTube Premium. * Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend und in gutem Zustand. * Die Lage ist ruhig und für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. * Pool ist sauber und wird von drei Häusern gemeinsam genutzt. Es gibt auch ein Kinderbecken. * Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar. * Der Bus nach Land of Legends hält fast vor dem Haus und die Fahrt dauert etwa 20 Minuten. * Es gibt Überwachungskameras und das Haus wirkt sicher.
− •Die Fahrräder sind in einem schlechten Zustand und brauchen eine Wartung. In der Umgebung konnten wir keinen Fahrradverleih finden. * Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ohne Balkon im 2. Stock ist sehr alt und laut. Man kann nachts kaum mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage schlafen. * Im Garten gibt es viele Ameisen. Abends beim Essen im Garten war das sehr störend. * In der Gegend gibt es viele Mücken. Die Bekämpfung durch die Stadtverwaltung scheint nicht ausreichend zu sein.
More than enough room for two people.
8.0Villa Olinda is spacious, over three floors, and one is able to spread out. The bedrooms are suitable for six people, and the living room, which is connected to the dining room, provides two sofas, a dining table and chairs, plus a tv. Whilst the property was adequate for our stay (10 days in February) it is unlikely to meet the needs of 7 people and 4 children, as is stated on the Booking.com website. However, if the sofa is turned into a bed it may get close to this. The facilities work, but they are dated, and some expenditure is needed on the part of the owner to make this property the higher specification that it warrants. The property is managed by an agent, who was most helpful and able to deal with any problems we experienced. There is mention of the property looking onto a pool (which suggests the pool is on site), however, there is no pool on site, though one can gaze at the one in the house opposite. That said, for the money we paid for February this was good value but, as said, more needs to be spent for the property if it is to be as modern as others we have stayed in. The outside area, garden and terrace, were both fit for purpose.
