As regular visitors to north Kefalonia / Fiscardo we had passed Villa Baklava often when visiting Alaties beach and Alati restaurant so set out to reserve the Villa as its location seemed perfect. On arrival the reality surpassed what we hoped - the views, privacy, space and design were all wonderful as anticipated. What we found actually staying there was a superbly equipped Villa, comfortable beds with quality linen and choice of pillows, huge en-suite showers with windowed walls, linked sound system (including outside), bifold doors to the bedrooms and lounge giving stunning views, full mesh insect screens, air conditioning and every amenity you could think of. The inside is roomy and naturally very light, the outside is modern, spacious and not overlooked. The pool isn’t huge but bigger than the pictures suggest. The sun is on the deck area by 9am yet the sunsets are in full view and spectacular. It’s the best location we have rented by far and we will be back. 15 minutes to Fiscardo (8km)…3km to the nearest store (uphill) so you will need a car. Thank you

A magical villa in a superb location.

Our week in Baklava Villa was magical. The villas clever modern design provides you with sensational views of The Ionian Sea from everyone room. From the infinity pool and decking to the showers with a sea view, it is a place where memories are made. The location is excellent, within 150 metres you have Atlaties beach with its turquoise waters and Alati restaurant serving sensational seafood. Nikoletta was a wonderful host who was available should we have had any problems (we didn’t). The homemade marmalade & fruit in syrup from her mum was such a lovely touch. Incredibly private but only a 10 min drive from Fiskardo it was a dream location in a heavenly part of Greece. We look forward to returning.

Excellent host, super clean and new villa. Really good location with a marvellous little beach and beach side restaurant within footsteps of the property. If you are staying in this part of Greece, I don't believe you could do any better!
