Amazing family holiday in an amazing rural setting

Great and very accommodating hosts. Great outdoor & pool area. Remote and quite location.

− The house is a bit sensitive to hearing. The lawn attracted lots of bees.

Everything was like a fairy tail dream for our family, the location was an adventure to get to driving through the winding twisted roads up and through the mountains and when you make it there it’s perfect in every way, truly breathtaking.By day the property was amazing with beautiful little wall lizards and their brightly coloured skin roaming all around the stonework and the swallows coming for a drink in the pool as we swam, eagles would often circle the mountains with such grace and beauty, and by night the beautifully done Stone Mountain Villa would have baby geckos all around with tiny bats flying past the many fairytale like lights laminating areas all around us and even coming for a drink in the pool as we swam. It was like a dream and the kids loved it as much as us. This place was by far the best holiday destination all of us had ever been a truly magical place recommended for anyone wanting to get back to nature and away from technology, we all put our phones away for the whole trip and reconnected in ways we didn’t see coming. Thank you Villa fabrica for our dream holiday 13 days we will never forget.

The overall facilities were great. The host left some quick breads, eggs, ham/cheese, bread, honey, fruit, etc for us as we checked-in. The host is a 5 minute walk away so we always felt cared for knowing they were this close.

Spectacular stay in a beautiful mountains villa

Perfect place if you'd like to stay in a calm, small villages area in the mountains. It's a bit far from big cities (~30 mins by car from Chania), if you like awesome mountains roads its an advantage :) Every day here you can enjoy wildlife - see and hear sheeps and goats :) , and spectacular mountain views from the villa. The villa itself provides any needed facilities, here you'll find all you need for your stay. We spent one week 6 adults and 1 baby, and that was one of the best holidays for all of us:)

− The villa is not soundproof, if someone sleeps in second floor bedroom and someone spends time in the kitchen, you feel that everything happens in your bed :) Also one bedroom it's accessible by crossing another bedroom Pool water all the time it's a bit too cold, looks like that it's use refrigerator to keep the temperature Anyway, that small issues did not disturb our perfect stay at all :)

Beautiful villa up in the hills. The perfect get away from it all. Couldn’t fault it.
