Amazing relaxing stay
10.0The property is fantastic. We stayed as a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. The rooms are comfortable and clean and air conditioning is great. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. We really liked the outdoor areas to sit and eat too. The location is very convenient for the beach and restaurants but also really peaceful and quiet too. The host, Nikolas, could not have been more helpful and friendly and really made our whole trip. From recommending trips/attractions to making reservations, nothing was too much trouble for him.

9.0De zeer vriendelijke ontvangst van Nikolas Elke dag schoonmaak en indien gewenst schone handdoeken. De tuin en het zwembad is heerlijk om in te verblijven.
− Het was binnen iets gedateerd Maar dat deerde de pret niet .

10.0Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Mooi zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, niets was te veel gevraagd. Heel proper bij aankomst. Er kwam ook elke dag een poetsvrouw langs. Top ligging, met de auto 10 minuutjes van een stadje met leuke restaurantjes.

10.0Our expectations for the stay in Zakynthos have been totally fulfilled. We have been 6 family members and we enjoyed a lot the house, the olive tree garden with terrasse and the pool. No mosquitos in the house thanks to the flyscreens on windows and doors. Nikolas the owner gave us many good tips for our trips on the island and helped us a lot with boat and restaurant reservations. Very friendly contact and reception. To travel around I recommend to hire a car.

Griechenland pur mit schönes Pool
10.0Wir konnten unsere zwei Wochen in der Villa Joya (Haus hinten von der Strasse aus gesehen) richtig geniessen. Der Gastgeber Nikolas stand uns mit Rat und Tag jederzeit zur Verfügung, hat uns aber auch ausreichend unseren Urlaub geniessen lassen. Die tägliche Reinigung, ausser am Sonntag, hat im Grunde einen Hotelstandard ermöglicht. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden und die kleinen Kätzchen, welche uns immer mal wieder am Pool besucht haben, haben unsere Griechenlandferien perfekt gemacht :-D
− Bad und Küche sind etwas älter als die Aussenanlage, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Zum kochen reicht die Kücheneinrichtung "grad so". Wasser und Druck bei den Innenduschen könnte besser sein aber das ist wohl auf der Insel oft so.
