10.0Todella siisti ja toimiva isommalle porukalle. Palvelu oli erinomaista. Sijainti mielestämme hyvä, vaikka ei olekaan rannan välittömässä läheisyydessä. Lyhyt matka upeille rannoille ja nähtävyyksille.

8.0Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Marco war sehr gut, wir konnten bei Anreise schon direkt ins Haus. Das war perfekt. Auch sonst war er jederzeit erreichbar. Haus, 4 Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad, ein Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher. Sehr großer Wohn- und Essbereich. Küche gut ausgestattet. Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegestühle und Terrasse mit Essbereich, sowie einen Grill Internet sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bar und einen kleinen Imbiss - Laden. Ein Sportplatz und Spielplatz ist auch direkt im Ort. Marco und auch das Hausmeister- Team sind sehr nett, sie sprechen auch alle Englisch.
− In den Duschen keine Möglichkeit den Duschkopf variabel aufzuhängen. Man muss ihn immer in der Hand halten. Wenn es viel regnet, dann stinkt es extrem im Bad. Lt. Hausmeister kann man dagegen nichts machen. Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig, daraufhin kam aber sofort der Hausmeister und checkte sie nochmals durch. Ein paar Dinge sollten repariert und erneuert werden, was uns aber nicht weiter störte.

10.0We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The property was exceptionally well-organized for tourists, providing everything our family could need. The villa was fully equipped with all the amenities you could think of, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. The onsite facilities were thoughtfully designed to cater to all age groups, ensuring everyone had something to enjoy. The location was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation, yet still conveniently close to Zadar and the surrounding areas. The host was incredibly helpful and a genuinely lovely person, always available when we needed assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

7.0House was big, enough space, good pool size, nice surroundings, good food in the area and lots of sightseeing things to go to!
− Make sure you pay for your pets upfront. We had to pay 100 euro in cash (just had to leave it cash in the house) without an invoice to the host. While our neighbors paid upfront and only had to pay 71 euros (with invoice) for the exact same time. The pool wasn’t heated, very cold water even though it was 32 degrees. Cleaning ladies had to be at our villa, because the cleaning gear were stored there. They didn’t close the gate… so with a dog, that’s not very smart.
