10.0Struttura veramente bella, 3 camere da letto e due bagni…perfetto per chi viene in famiglia o in gruppo. La cucina era fantastica e ben attrezzata, il salone accogliente con una Smart Tv a muro (70/75 pollici credo) con cui guardare, una volta rientrati dalla serata, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney, DAZN e tanto altro. La casa era pulita, a differenza di quanto letto da alcune recensioni. Wi-Fi funzionante. Spazio esterno dove si può ammirare il mare in lontananza e dove si possono fare delle splendide colazioni. Il proprietario una persona squisita, molto disponibile e pronto a far fronte a qualsiasi problematica. Ci contattava spesso per chiederci come stesse andando e se ci fossero problemi. Per quanto riguarda la posizione non mi sento di dare il massimo del punteggio, però è molto strategica. Dista nemmeno 15 minuti da Arkasa, 10 minuti da Amoopi e 20 minuti da Pigadia (in auto ovviamente). Dalle spiagge più belle e conosciute dista 35/45 minuti, ma ci sono tante altre spiagge belle nelle vicinanze, come Damatria Beach, Diakoftis Paradise Beach, Amoopi Beach, Araki Beach. Dall’aeroporto dista 2 km, quindi molto comodo per il viaggio di ritorno.
− Purtroppo il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato era abbastanza ventilato e la posizione geografica della struttura è dove tira più vento, infatti ci sono anche molte persone che praticano il Windsurf. Però le spiagge nelle vicinanze, sopra citate, sono abbastanza coperte. Inoltre tranquilli, il vento non ha disturbato il nostro sonno☺️

6.0Das Haus hat einen total netten Charme. Für Familien perfekt, da es 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder hat. grosszügige Terrasse die zum verweilen einlädt. Mit Meerblick Garantie.👌die Gastfreundschaft der Vermietung war hervorragend. Sehr großer Fernseher- für Kinder perfekt- um etwas zu rasten ( Netflix, Amazon…)
− Was uns leider nicht gefallen hat war, dass es nicht sehr sauber war. Es roch sehr nach (mockige Luft/ Schänke, Handtücher,Fenster- sieht man nicht raus).Die Bäder bedürfen großzügige Sanierung! Und etwas Modernität.
