Wonderful mansion style house with large modern interior and big rooms. The owners are great people, they live in a detached section of the house. You don't notice that the owners are on-site, but they are present to solve any issues you may have.

Location, size, how clean it was, the pool and garden. The owners who live on-site were really nice but most of the time you don't know they are there. It was a really nice place with stunning views. We will be definitely going back.

Fantastic house with all the space and comfort needed. Swimming pool was amazing. It had all the required equipment and was super clean. Tina’s parents were super friendly and looked after us very well.

− You need a car but we knew that and that was no issue for us.

Perfect, private villa escape, set in the most beautiful location in Kos.

The villa is outstanding. It is set in beautiful countryside but not too far from the town and beach. Being outside of the town you have the option for stunning walks up the hills and mountains which provide the most incredible views of Kos, Turkey and other Greek islands. A car is probably essential but we managed for 2 days without one. The owners organised a vehicle for us which made getting around much easier from day 3. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the kitchen and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The beds were outstandingly comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious, clean and fully fitted with the luxury addition of bidets. The owners were so incredibly helpful, informative and kind and helped us so much with recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and day trips, all of which exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool is huge, clean and the water was the perfect temperature after the hot days we spent sightseeing and walking. The kids loved this part of the villa most of all. We honestly have had the best holiday and will most definitely return to this villa when we visit Kos again. Thank you Giannis and Valasia xx

− Being in the countryside mosquito repellent is essential in the evenings but this is the same the world over. We have no criticisms of the villa, the owners or the location at all.
