Zuerst Mal muss ich sagen, dass es im großen und ganzen super gepasst hat. Das Haus ist schön und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Da fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Garten mit den unterschiedlichsten Obstbäumen und die Ausstattung im Garten ist auch sehr gut. Wir hatten am Anfang ein Problem mit einem Wespennest und der Eigentümer hat sich sofort drum gekümmert. Insgesamt waren alle immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die fehlende Klimaanlage in Wohnzimmer hat uns null gestört weil wir die wenigste Zeit im Wohnzimmer verbracht haben. Die meiste Zeit am Pool oder in der Hängematte eben .

− Zwei, drei Sachen muss ich trotzdem bemängeln. 1. Wieso muss man Extra Gebühren für Handtücher und Bettwäsche verlangen? Erstens fand ich das sehr teuer mit 20€ pro Person und zweitens hat das ein negativen Beigeschmack. 2. Die Sachen im Garten waren nicht sehr sauber. Die Liegen haben viele Flecken und die Hängematte war von Vögeln vollgekotet. Auch der Pool war meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr sauber. 3. Insgesamt ist der Pool und die Fliesen drumherum nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Das könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.

The villa is very spacious and well equipped, even for a longer stay. It has a beautiful garden, the photos don’t fully reflect it. The area is very quiet, perfect for those who are not looking for the vibrant, crowded atmosphere of seaside resorts. About 20 minutes away, you’ll find some beautiful beaches, including Porto Cesareo, which we recommend visiting in the evening if you ever feel like taking a break from all the peace and quiet 😊 We had great pizza and a good Primitivo wine at Posto al Sole, a restaurant just 4–5 minutes from the property. You will need a car for all trips, as the location is quite remote. Domenico was a great and helpful host. He explained everything we needed to know clearly and efficiently. Both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We also received a welcome gift, which we truly appreciated! Also, the coffee machine and the coffee pods provided, a very nice touch.

− The villa has a rustic style and may not be ideal for those with very high expectations. There are definitely some things that could be improved. It would be helpful to have an air conditioning unit in the living room or kitchen, and a toaster in the kitchen would also be a nice addition. As clearly stated in the property description, towels and bed linen are not included and are available at an extra cost, if needed.

A beautiful yard and a very big and cozy house. Perfect place for relaxing on the pool. Very comfy beds. 20 min. ride from the beach. Easy to park. The host Domenico is very nice, easy to get the keys.

Lots of lovely places to sit/eat/sunbathe outside. My personal favourite was the hammock in dappled sunlight. Details like outside lighting and well kept gardens, pretty patio flowers made it a lovely place to relax.

− The location was a bit remote for us but we were in the area for a family wedding. No where was walking distance, places of interest accessible by car.

− Nothing
