The pool,the space provided was good for a family of 4

− On arrival, the owner of the property requested that we pay the balance of the stay then and there in cash and in Euros! The villa was not detached. The owner had built his own 'live in' extension attached to the villa. The villa was very spacious but lacked basic facilities, i.e., cleaning products

The pool was lovely. Plenty of indoor space & all 4 bedrooms have en-suites & balconies. Plenty of sun beds & outdoor seating.

− A house has been built joining onto the front of the villa, where the landlord lives. This isn’t apparent in photos. it makes the ground floor dark as the front facing windows within stairwell are blocked off at ground and first floor level. landlord looks after pool so comes round as and when. Villa hard to find as it’s not actually on the road it says it’s on. Taxis had problems finding it, of course you can share location on Google maps. No electric kettle or toaster, though second hand kettle was supplied on asking. Villa tired in places, broken handles, lack of hooks to hang towels, chest of drawers that wasn’t functional, water damage in main bedroom ensuite. Hot water clearly feeds house in front too so would go hot & cold when only one person was using water in villa. There is construction work ongoing over the road, building a few villas so there was a lot of noise from 8am on several days. Was ‘to the wire’ getting the deposit back too, our taxi was waiting to take us back to the airport. No cleaning equipment provided beyond hand soap & no loo roll, which meant a rapid trip to the shops! Most issues are minor and will hopefully be put right. A file of information would be so useful, including actual address details of villa (to use for taxis), info on recommended restaurants, local buses and process to get your deposit back etc etc..whilst the landlord spoke some English I didn’t want to keep knocking at his door! Oh and wi-fi in the house didn’t work, landlord gave us access to his but that really didn’t work either, only whilst in the lounge right next to party wall!

a beautiful modern property well kitted out in each room lovely furniture and all rooms en- suite. the pool is gorgeous and the garden is lovely. on site driveway. about 5 mins from hisaranu and 15 mins from olu deniz. the only thing is had trouble contacting the owner to find villa on arrival so make sure you get the address as they meet you there.
