6.0Un superbe point de vue en altitude sur la mer et les îles voisines. Maison spacieuse. La plage voisine peu fréquentée et très facile d'accès.
− Cela a certainement été une superbe villa mais les photos sont très avantageuses. La villa est attenante à des appartements, il peut y avoir du vis-à-vis. Le rangement intérieur est négligé et certains équipements doivent être changés (stores bloqués etc...). Pas de climatisation dans une des chambres du bas et surtout pas de store pour la baie vitrée latérale
