The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and very accommodating. They arranged drivers and washing etc. The location was great. So much shopping and many restaurants in walking distance. The place is very large so plenty of room for us all. The pool was beautiful and the water a perfect temperature. It was deep, I could just touch on my tip toes, so having inflatables to laze around in was very handy. We really enjoyed our stay.

− The kitchen was not very well stocked with cooking utensils. I expected I would need a kitchen to cook some meals as I have allergies but the restaurants in the area were very accommodating so I only made breakfast each day.

Lovely stay in the heart of Seminyak.

We were travelling as an extended family including kids and the elderly to Bali. We chose the Seminyak area for the shorter drive to/from the airport and this villa for its extremely convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the centre with many shops and dining options. The villa was expansive with lots of space in the living, dining and the bed rooms were huge enough for every family to have their own privacy. It was also cleaned daily and our kids enjoyed playing in the pool, which was well maintained and good for laps. We also had several rounds of multi-generational play at the pool table. The neighbourhood felt very safe even though the villa was tucked in a small lane, away from the bustle of the main street. A couple of minimarts were a short walk out for convenience. Our various requests (airport transfers, in-villa dining, villa-related issues encountered during our stay) were catered for with very prompt response from Ms Sayuri, including housekeeping managed by the lovely and very friendly Mr Nengah and Ms. Putu, who lived in the basement of the villa. Our 3-night stay at the Villa Onyx exceeded our expectations as an extended family with varying requirements. Thank you very much to the team for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and we hope to be back for another enjoyable vacation.

− Some water leakage was encountered in one of the bathrooms but was attended to very quickly once we raised the issue. The stairs to the second floor may be abit challenging for the elderly and younger kids but we moved around slowly and it was fine.

fantastic location close to the shops and restaurants. excellent size rooms with lots of space. great pool. Nengah and Putu are fantastic hosts.
