10.0My family and I really enjoyed the house, the garden, and the owner. The house is located not far from the marvellous park and the castle Pruhonice. The house is spacious, 2-stored, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an infrasauna. It is new, modern and beautiful. The lovely plot with the trees and the flowers is closed from the curious eyes. It has a spacious outside terrace. It is possible to come with a dog. We had such a good time, that we didn't want to leave the house. The owner is very responsive. He kindly helped me to start my broken car. We will definitely come back to you as soon as possible!

1.0Very bad behavior from the host
− Many things I didn't like: The pictures on the site are not real There is no air conditioning in the villa, although in order to complete your reservation, you are required to agree to turn off the air conditioning when you leave!!! The worst and most strange thing is when I tried to discuss it with the host, he told me verbatim, “If you don’t like the villa, you can leave and you will lose your money.” The pictures on the site give an impression other than reality There is no lighting in the yard, I had to buy additional lighting I was not given the garage key. They say we do not give it to guests!!
