8.0Great stay, relaxing spot away from the crowds. Felt really comfortable, Stephen (the owner) was really helpful and attentive with anything we needed during our stay.
Overall decent stay, but would pay extra next time for better accommodations.
7.0Pool was nice, place was spacious, beds were decent, and host was very communicative. Calm neighborhood close to restaurants. There is a beach close by, but did not look nice enough to swim in although I did see people in the water.
− House had bad stench, one room could not be used due to smell and possible broken unit per the host. House was not properly taken care of, ceilings were bubbling from water damage which might have been the smell in home. If you're a light sleeper, be weary of the morning dogs barking, birds chirping and the forever sound coming from outdoor water heater. Did not like I had to pay cash in person, did not align with booking posting. Turned out fine, but not typical for any bookings I've had in Asia where cash was the only option. Lastly, if a place offers pool towels, they should be clean and look new, these towels looked like things were spilled, wiped up and then washed and put back out. Pool was great, but pool shower didn't work. As others have said, you will need car to grab for everywhere as it's pretty out from main city. Would not recommend unless you have car or you will be grabbing it a lot to go into the city. Otherwise, a short walk to many restaurants.

− Looking tired in some areas especially water marks and holes in ceilings. Tree over pool needs cutting back as leaves continually fall into pool

10.0We loved the villa - absolutely beautiful. All modern cons, extremely clean. The pool was the absolute highlight - fabulous!
− The only issue was being ‘stuck’ without transport to shops, restaurants etc. I would recommend having a car or scooter/s if you plan to stay for an extended period of time.
