10.0Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage. Es ist im Ort alles da, was man braucht, Porec mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Versorgung ist nicht weit, bis zum Strand (Hundestrand) waren es 10 km. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber.Und die Vermieter sind einfach next level. Von ihnen wird der Pool selbst überprüft, sie waren für jede Frage und jedes Anliegen offen und unsere beiden Hunden waren herzlich willkommen. Es ist wirklich von ganzem Herzen zu empfehlen ❤️

It's hard to understand how hosts would want to make guests feel as unwelcome as possible but this was definitely th
3.0The property is located in a quiet area and is well maintained.
− Our experience with the host significantly affected our stay. From the beginning, the host behaved as though he was doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there. The situation escalated during checkout. Although we left the property perfectly clean, the hosts became aggressive during the inspection (eg. yelling why we touched the garden hose?), raised their voice, and threatened to keep our entire deposit, smuggly telling us they can keep it if they decide to and that we can do nothing about it. We accepted responsibility for accidentally putting moka coffee pot in dishwasher and were deducted 52 eur from the deposit.We were also charged for checking out late, even though we have a timestamp on videos at exactly 9:10 AM, already after the inspection and discussion when we were documenting the perfectly clean apartment because they decided to keep 300 eur deposit. In the end we were charged 50eur for late check-out.

− Große Straße in der Nähe (laute Autogeräusche), zu wenig Geschirr / Terrassenstühle/Liegen/ Schirm bei maximaler Belegung, kleines Wohnzimmer, Handtücher könnten erneuert werden, überall sehr spärliche Beleuchtung (sehr dunkel)
Buchen, hinfahren und Urlaub genießen.
