The property was finished to a high standard and we were met in person for the handover of the keys. The pool area was beautiful.

Perfect spot to enjoy the Algarve from.

Perfect location for Albufeira - close to the old town, beach and shops but not so close that you're surrounded by it. The property has 8 units with a shared pool so is fairly quiet. The manager (Claudia) do a fantastic job - nothing was too much trouble. Maintenance, cleaning, pool & gardern teams are also excellent. Onsite security (the cat) was an added bonus.. Kitchen facilities are good enough that you dont need to eat out every day, if you dont want to. Its a great base for the Algarve - 40 minutes from Faro, 45 to Portimao We enjoyed it so much this was our second stay in 3 months.

This villa is exceptional. Very stylish, everything was easy about it, the alarm just sets as you leave so no messing about. A beautiful outside dining area and very comfortable sun loungers. Useful items in the kitchen included dishwasher tablets, washer pods, bin bags, fairy liquid and the bathroom had some toiletries and plenty of toilet roll. Also bath robes, slippers and extra clean towels and more if required and separate towels for the pool. Claudia the host was super helpful and very personable. The swimming pool was a great temperature and the setting was perfect. Ubers are plentiful if you don’t fancy walking but you can get to many places on foot and a ten minute walk to Aldi to stock up. Will stay again.

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trifft genau meinen Geschmack. Cláudia, die Gastgeberin war super nett und immer erreichbar. Die Terrasse ist schön angelegt mit Pflanzen, dort konnten wir gemütlich Frühstücken. Es gab zudem eine Waschmaschine, mit Waschmittel. Geräumige Küche. Alles sehr sauber.

A perfect luxurious villa in a tranquil location

This is a lovely, comfortable and fully equipped villa. It is definitely luxury and in a very peaceful location but just a short taxi ride from a variety of bars and restaurants. There is a big supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. There is a lovely private shared pool just outside the villa with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and day beds. Claudia the host is brilliant and provides all the information you need to make your stay special and she is very quick to respond to any query’s. Her restaurant recommendations were super. The bed in the villa was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower. I particularly liked the washing machine and dishwasher with the wash tablets provided. Will definitely return again.
− Nothing, just a slight problem once with the taxi not quite getting the correct location.
