− Not that clean, random situation with sockets and fans, wires all over the floor, tricky to walk, pay for water refills.
Peaceful Noise?
5.0− We stayed in the Vila Deluxe, which was advertised as having a “seating area and terrace where you can relax.” Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t mention that it’s located directly on the road. From early morning until late evening, there were horse carts passing by, constant foot traffic to the beach, and a mechanic’s workshop across the street with loud hammering on metal. Calling this place “Peaceful Resort” felt rather ironic to us…

8.0Nice location, close to his swimming beaches and away from the busiest streets. Lovely pool and surrounds, peaceful vibe, two big yoga spaces, nice cafe attached (with gluten free bread available).
− One of our rooms was a bit small and hot (the other was large and had aircon) and, coupled with the noise (which you'd get all over the island) it meant not great sleep in there. Not a criticism of the resort - which was great value - but worth considering if you're a light sleeper.
