10.0The Villas are conveniently located within walking distance to the most happening places and shops. Exceptionally clean with attention to small details which made our stay unforgettable ! To top it all, the warm, cheerful and extra helpful staff made our stay so memorable !

Perfect location for Semiyak
8.0The location was great. We stayed in Villa 6, so by the time you walk to your villa all the road noise disappears. A very quite place to stay. The Villas are very spacious and have a great kitchen lounge area with a generous private pool.
− The bed was too hard for us. We asked for a topper, but that didn't help much. Also when my hubby moved I could feel it, so I woke up a lot. The air con in the bedroom was a bit noisy for sleeping so we just used the fan in the roof. If they changed to a better bed and a less noisy air con I would stay again in villa 6.

9.0The location was excellent, and the villa was clean, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always friendly, which made our stay enjoyable.
− One major downside of our stay was that the villa had little to no running water every night for around two hours due to the property’s filtration system maintenance. This meant we couldn’t shower or use the bathroom normally during that time, which was quite inconvenient. While we understand the need for maintenance, this significantly affected the comfort of our stay and should be better managed or clearly communicated before booking.
Amazing villa, but washing machine ruined my clothes.
9.0The villa is very nice, you have your own pool which is also deep not just a 50cm deep pool. It has kitchen utilities and the living room was nice for movie nights. Had a TV in the living room but also in the bedroom. The bathroom was nice but the door at some slight issues. The breakfast was avaiable between 7am and 11am. I like sleeping a bit long so having the oppertunity to sleep to 10:30-11am and the breakfast come to you (you ask the previous day what you want) is such an experience compared to the boring hotel breakfasts.
− The bathroom door was not able to lock properly, and their wash service ruined 10 out of 30 pieces of my clothes. So this a very bad thing and i only got the wash for free, when i had 10 pieces of clothing that did not fit me anymore. If any of my expensive clothes was ruined i would have given the score way less than 9/10 but it was some old T shirts and old shirts.
