We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful and welcoming, and overall everything was great. The heated pool was a big plus — the water temperature was just right for swimming both during the day and in the evening.

− There were only a couple of small drawbacks: the cushions on the sunbeds by the pool were quite dirty, and the kitchen hood was positioned rather low, so we occasionally bumped our heads on it. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this place.

I enjoyed the layout and facilities available

− Dirty pool area on arrival and could of done with a leaf blower, outside shower and sink wasn't working and pool guy turned up un announced along with the gardeners. Pool side needed a good jet wash as our feet were dirty as we exited pool which was made worse by no shower and sun loungers were filthy dirty.

Spacious, comfortable, uk plug points, nice pool. 2 fridges! l

− Not as clean as expected (soiled underwear found in wardrobe), kitchen is tired ( some hob rings not working, dishwasher not stable, units damaged), bath plug did not work. Bit remote for us. Could have been given an initial tour of villa to explain facilities in full (discovered things too late in week).

Nice house for parties! You wont disturb anyone. The house isnt huuuge, but it is spacious. We were there in the winter time, was cool to have movie nights for 10 people, cook dinners, just have drinks and party. Kitchen is well equipped.

− It’s in the area of farms :D there is a very particular smell outside, especially in the mornings. Inside the house you dont feel it! The tennis courts ground is bad quality i think. You cannot use it some time after rain.. The hot water is a bit tricky :D it is there, but you have to learn and test how to get it :D

Well designed private Villa, very tranquil

The villa is in a fairly remote location, with full privacy. Close enough to Kiti, pervolia, Mazotos and Zigi, so eating out is easy, but don't expect to walk there. Perfect for ourselves, preferred the privacy. The Villa is well designed, and the pool is securely gated if you have children to supervise. Tennis court is a bit weathered but good enough for children to play on.

Memories made, the property served its purpose it just needs some tlc

The pool was a great size and really enjoyed the tennis court also the amount of space with 10 of us.

− It wasn’t the cleanest from the beginning, the kitchen the kettle trips the electrics, if you land late there is no water in the fridge which I think a bottle of water isn’t a lot to ask for when you can’t drink the water from the tap.
