Perfect 2-week stay! Highly recommended!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this villa and absolutely loved everything about it. It was fully equipped and nothing was missing during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a wonderful welcome pack, which was a very nice touch! We received a bottle of wine, beer, water, cheese, ham, eggs, bread, butter, and ketchup – perfect after a long journey. With three spacious bedrooms and three clean bathrooms, the villa was incredibly comfortable for our group. The air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout the entire trip. The absolute highlights of this property are the amazing swimming pool and its beautiful surrounding garden. It is a true paradise! The outdoor area is extremely well-maintained. A pool technician visited about three times during our stay to keep the water pristine, and a gardener came weekly to care for the plants. There were also plenty of sun loungers for everyone, and the villa kindly provided beach towels that we could use by the pool. The location is fantastic. It is very close to local shops and the sea. For bigger shopping trips, there is an excellently stocked supermarket just an 8-minute drive away. Parking your car is super easy as there is a dedicated parking space. Handling waste is also very convenient, with recycling bins located nearby. An unexpected highlight happened one evening when there was live music playing in the town. We could hear it perfectly right from our balcony, so we basically enjoyed a fantastic, free concert! Midway through our stay, a cleaning lady came and cleaned the whole house beautifully. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely love to come back here. Thank you for a perfect holiday!

Amazing villa for our family holiday,had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our everyday short stroll to the cafes and amenities, also to the beach! Would 100% stay here again. Andy, the owner was very accommodating.

What a lovely villa! We had chosen the villa particularly because of its location (short walk to the beach), lovely views and peaceful setting, and because the spacious layout would accommodate older family members (one 84, one 93). Everything lived up to expectations and we had a very relaxing time there. The terraces, parasols, pool and garden were great. The Wi-Fi was pretty good, the tv options better than expected, and occasional use of the air-con to take the chill from the lounge was effective. We really appreciated the comfortable beds, the standard of the 3 shower rooms was first class, and the abundant welcome pack on arrival was the best we have had anywhere - so thank you to our hosts. Kitchen wise there is everything you need and the oven and hob were good ( we did cook a fair bit). Other than the odd pan which needed refreshing the standard of available equipment was very pleasing. As we visited quite early in the season, we were not put off by the lack of fly screens or shutters for the glass doors and windows. The absence of these features might be a factor to consider at much warmer times, but I expect the plug in repellents and air-con are the go to solutions. As it is, the villa is wonderfully light and airy, and that being said, the curtains in the bedrooms have been chosen with care to keep the rooms shaded at night. The couple of things we needed help with were responded to very quickly, so all in all we would rate this as a very nice home to spend time in, and we would certainly consider returning.

Second stay at this wonderful villa. Refurbished bathrooms and swimming pool since our last visit 2 years ago. Loved the location and short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and bar.

Beautiful villa and lovely service. The location was perfect with supermarket and beach side restaurants very close. We had an amazing time and really loved relaxing by the pool. Definitely going to Pissouri again!

− No complaints, the service provided was perfection. There isn't anything I can complain about.
