− Bathrooms not clean, undersink had food scraps so not clean. Overalll too much of the owners personal items around creating clutter, aircon battery remote not working, ironing board and iron need replacing.

− The AC in one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t work. The company knew about it but didn’t inform us. We were unable to sleep as it was so hot and the AC was not able to be fixed throughout our stay. It was very hard to get hold of the company managing the property
