8.0L'atout majeur de ce bien est la piscine. Son emplacement est au calme L'extérieur est très agréable
− Une communication pas très fluide avec Daniela de par la barrière de la langue, tout en message. Nous ne disposions pendant plus de la moitié du séjour que de 3 transats en bon état pour 8 personnes. 3 nouveaux ont été livrés en milieu de séjour.

8.0La Villa ha un ampio giardino e due porticati dove poter trascorrere piacevoli momenti in compagnia ed é soprattutto dotata di una favolosa piscina ad uso esclusivo, che risulta piacevolissima nei momenti di caldo e afa. Si nota la cura e la manutenzione della piscina che risulta in condizioni perfette. Zona comunque abbastanza ventilata dal clima piacevole. La posizione è discreta per raggiungere le principali zono di interesse. La Villa è dotata di tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno confortevole e piacevole (molto bene). Il proprietario si è dimostrato attento e premuroso nel risolvere alcuni problemi all’arrivo.
− L’attenzione del proprietario a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti viene vanificata dalla mancanza di professionalità, competenza ed educazione del personale in loco a cui si rivolge per la gestione della villa. Pulizia da migliorare. Mi sarebbe piaciuto portare il cane con me ma le regole della casa non lo permettono.

9.0Very good location for families, close to the beach, good restaurants nearby . Daniela was very nice and helpful. We arrived very late and everything was sorted out for us. We will definitely come back
