10.0The property is spacious and the well-equipped kitchen made home cooking easy. The outdoor space was a highlight for us - the BBQ grill was perfect for family dinners, and the little play gym was awesome for keeping the kid entertained.

10.0Wir waren als kleine Familie knapp 2 Wochen in der Villa und können sie jedem weiter empfehlen, gerade auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. So ist bspw. die Veranda komplett umzäunt (Kleinkind kann nicht ausbüchsen und zum Pool rennen) und Kinderspielzeug vorhanden. Auch hat der Pool einen flacheren Bereich von nur 50cm Tiefe. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, tollem Pool und großem Außenbereich. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Loukas war wirklich super! Informationen, Tipps für Essen gehen, alles bekam man proaktiv von ihm. Pool wurde mehrfach von ihm auf Wasserqualität geprüft. Es wurde sich einfach super gut gekümmert! Man braucht schon ein Auto um zum Strand oder Supermarkt zu kommen, aber alles in 10-15min zu erreichen. Dafür ist man in einem kleineren Ort ohne Touristenmassen.

Tolle Villa mit sehr nettem Gastgeber!
10.0Modernes Haus, tolle Ausstattung. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Sehr sauber mit 2 Bädern. Außenanlagen und Swimmingpool sehr gepflegt. Kleines Becken für Kinder (50cm) und ausreichend großes Becken zum Schwimmen. In Fußweite zwei gute Tavernen (bei einer traditionelle Musik am Wochenende), Taverne Andreas: 15 Min. mit Auto. Kleiner Supermarkt: 3 Minuten mit Auto. Haus ist eine gute Ausgangsposition, um das Kloster Arkadi und die Bergdörfer Kretas (mit weiteren Tavernen!) zu erkunden. Empfehlenswert: Thronos mit uralter Kirche/Wandmalereien und seiner Taverne Avranes mit fantastischem Blick nach Süden und gutem Essen. Des Weiteren die Sandstrände östlich von Rethymno etc. Und last but not least: Loukas der Gastgeber! Er hat sich sehr fürsorglich gekümmert und spricht fließend Englisch! Danke!
