Good option for big company or family.

Great location - just 10 minutes to the Karon beach, have everything (7-11 stores, restaurants, fruit stalls and so on). Rooms are spacious, also there is a good equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms layout is great for families. Property manager (Ati) was very helpful.

− It's a small thing, but there is a problem with hot water in the bathrooms - you need to drain a lot of water to get hot water to start flowing.

This was our first visit and it exceeded expectations

The location was perfect. Just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants, The host was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to checkout at 5pm. We will definitely book to come back again.

Хорошая вилла, расположена на горе, открывается потрясающий вид. До пляжа Карон минут 5-6 пешком, рядом русский ресторан Чехов.

Not quite what it seems

The manager (Ati) and staff are really wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and settled. Ati drove us around on her volition and was always available to assist with our requests beit extra dirt bags, pillows, broom etc. I enjoyed that this was a full villa with ample packing space, full kitchen and a plunge pool. The upstairs also has beautifully wooden floors and doors and the main bedroom has a partial ocean view from a distance. It is genuinely only a 10min walk from the beach.

− In my view, the staff and manager are being heavily let down by the owner/s of this place. It's patently clear that little has been done to modernise the villa over the years and the place is dire need of a complete refurbishment. This place is tired and patrons need to know that. I don't want to come across as mean so I won't give an exhaustive list of issues rather just a few examples: aged bathroom tiles, plumbing and taps; aged decor and amenities; one very hard bed; old aircons difficult to regulate temp and fan speed. The villa is located on top of a steep hill which makes walking up difficult for some. More important, there are plenty of steps both up to the living room from outside and then up to the bedrooms. It's not possible to get your suitcases up to the bedrooms on your own (esp larger ones like we have). So we had to leave our large suitcases in the living room and continually move up and down. Guests need to know this and as some won't want all these stairs - both for convenience and safety reasons. I feel like the realities above aren't made clear on advertisements.
