Spacious villa, within a decent distance to Coral Bay strip
7.0The size of the property was nice for the 2 of us
− The villa needs a lot of work. The shutters are broken on the main bedroom windows so we did not sleep well as the sunlight could not be blocked out which is not ideal as we like a dark room to sleep. Most of the AC remote controls did not work so we had to keep bringing the working ones around with us if we needed to use the AC. The window in one of the bathrooms was broken, and so there was a large gap and we had cockroaches enter the property which was very unpleasant. The kitchen equipment needs updating, no sharp knives etc. the kettle and toaster seem very old as they were so slow. The sofa, carpet etc needs a thorough clean and the floor was filthy. If you walked around with bare feet, the soles of our feet were black with dirt very quickly. The information manual needs updating, not much information in there, think it needs reviewing.
