8.0Struttura vicinissima a Follonica, posizione con ottima vista. Appartamento accogliente,pulito e silenzioso. Staff anche se non li abbiamo visti ma sempre disponibili.

5.0The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The decor was pleasant.
− There was no bedding on the second bedroom (despite the fact that I had requested 2 bedrooms) and we had to contact the host who visited and made up the bed. The kitchen was poorly equipped eg no cheese grater or saucepans or suitable dish for oven use. I raised this with the host when she visited and she said that I should buy an aluminium tray and throw it away when I left- totally unhelpful! The bed sheets were uncomfortable and had scratchy surfaces. I assume they were not cotton and a synthetic material. There was no firewood or firelighters, despite this being a feature in the photos. I requested some logs and was told to buy them in the town. I was not expecting a large supply for the week but it would have been welcoming to have had a small supply to enjoy our first night in comfort.
